Efficiently, comprehensively and in harmony with nature - H+H Construction System

19 of January '22

The ecological and economical H+H Building System

The H+H Building System is a way to build efficiently and quickly, and thus optimize costs. Thanks to a wide range of innovative products and numerous conveniences that facilitate the work, it allows you to erect walls without unnecessary cutting or formwork. But what is equally important, the solutions are environmentally friendly - throughout the life cycle of the products.

Deciding to build a house in the H+H Construction System, you will receive a complete set of products to ensure the smooth progress of work. Thanks to ready-made elements, such as blocks for erecting ventilation risers, half blocks or lintels, we will save the time needed, for example, for cutting elements or creating formwork.

However, the H+H Building System is more than just convenience. It is also a solution that allows you to build a house in harmony with nature. All the materials included in its composition are made only from natural ingredients, and the resulting products allow you to reduce energy requirements during the life of the building.

Natural materials

For the production of H+H cellular concrete blocks and H+H sil icate elements, only those ingredients that occur in nature are used: sand, water and lime. Cellular concrete additionally contains cement, gypsum and natural aluminum. Not without significance is the fact that they are completely safe, and by virtue of their common occurrence, their extraction does not lead to depletion of natural resources. Choosing the products available in the H+H System, we have a guarantee that any deposits used are free of harmful contaminants and that their exploitation will not contribute to environmental degradation.

Ecologically and economically

Ecology, however, does not end with the choice of natural solutions. An important factor for the environment is also how the product behaves during use and its eventual disposal.

Walls made from H+H Building System elements (especially from cellular concrete blocks) are energy-efficient partitions characterized by very low heat transfer coefficients. This means that we will need little energy to heat our home, which translates into a reduced need for energy resources and less combustion, thus also reducing the level of air pollution. With properly designed walls in the H+H Building System, we can even achieve the standard of a zero-energy house, i.e. one that will not need the supply of energy from fossil fuels or wood.

Reducing heat loss benefits both the environment and our wallet.

Zero waste

And what happens to the waste after construction? At the production stage, both H+H cellular concrete and H+H silicate blocks are recycled internally. This process, which is in line with the principles of a closed-loop economy, consists in the fact that all residues generated during subsequent production phases are returned for reuse. On the other hand, material from demolition of erected walls, after being crushed and ground, can be used as full-value aggregate for various construction works. Although when we embark on the construction of a house we are preparing it for many years, and studies show that with H+H materials we can build it for many generations, it is good to know that also in case of partial demolition, for example, related to reconstruction, it will be possible to process the resulting rubble and use it on the construction site, so that the originally obtained raw materials will not be wasted.
