Woodeco has become a partner of the lectures in the A&B Academy program organized by Architecture&Business magazine. The company wants to realistically support the education of future architects and actively participate in creating a space for the professional development of the young generation of designers.
Already on June 4 at the Gdansk University of Technology, and a day later, on June 5 at the Warsaw University of Technology, there will be original lectures as part of the "A&B Academy" program organized by Architektura & Biznes magazine. The main topic of this year's edition is "The way to the profession", specially at the request of the participants the event will be conducted by one of the most respected Polish architects - Robert Konieczny. The event has also gained a prestigious partner - Woodeco, a company that consistently supports the development of young talent in the design and academic community.
We want to be close to students of architecture and interior design, presenting them with modern materials, tools for design work and inspiration that they can use in their future careers. We are where ideas are born and tastes and design decisions are formed," says Iga Kattner, Trade Marketing Manager at Woodeco.

Design with the future in mind
For Woodeco, cooperation with universities is a permanent part of its strategy. During lectures held at universities, the company presents its latest product offerings and the Mood Stories 2025-2028 collection. This is a collection created with design convenience in mind - intuitive, inspiring and as diverse as possible, which will allow young artists to find their own stylistic language and start building an authorial portfolio from the highest quality materials.

During the meetings, Woodeco specialists talk not only about decors and structures. They also share the creative process - how the mood of a collection is born, what inspires new designs and what the path from idea to finished product looks like. It is these conversations, the opportunity to ask questions and touch physical samples of the collection, that students often find extremely valuable.
For Woodeco, cooperation with universities also provides a space for dialogue. We can learn about the needs of future designers, we can see what moves them, what fascinates them and what they miss. We have the opportunity to show the technique of working with the materials we produce, demonstrate the process of creating decors, or explain the differences between structures. We want to be present at this important moment of their journey - when they decide what kind of architect or designer they want to become," adds Iga Kattner.

The new release of Mood Stories is a set of more than 100 decors, each assigned to one of ten moods - from classic Mid Century to modern Urban Eclecticism. It's a flexible and open-ended tool - ideal for young artists who are still searching for their style and want to experiment with form. The decors are available on a variety of substrates: laminated boards, HPL laminates, or kitchen countertops, making them an attractive choice not only aesthetically, but also technically.
