Home Concept Interior Center in Katowice has won the 2026 Property Design Awards in the "Brick - Shopping Centers" category for Building 3, completed in 2025. This is the first victory, but the third nomination for Home Concept. Two years ago, the project was nominated for the architecture of Building 2's massing. This year, the Interior Center received a nomination for the interior of the shopping center and for the building's massing, winning in that category. Building 3, which opened in September 2025, expanded the Home Concept Interior Center, increasing its total area to 17,000 sqm. Thus, the complex has become a center with interior furnishings, offering the widest range of products for individual customers, architects and investors. The new part was designed for people looking for unique solutions, timeless design and access to the best Polish and European brands. The architecture of Building 3 fits harmoniously into the existing premise, while standing out with a modern, distinctive body, which has been recognized by the number of votes cast and the decision of the Property Design Awards jury.

Strong brands and a comprehensive "floor-to-ceiling" offer
Renowned and respected interior design brands, including BoConcept, Jawor-Parkiet, Mirad, Moco Home, Vongai Concept, Wajnert, Bizzarto and Dion, opened their showrooms in Building 3. Their presence has expanded Home Concept's offerings, particularly in the furniture segment, but also in the areas of flooring, tiles, ceramics and bathroom furnishings. As a result, Home Concept Katowice today offers customers "floor-to-ceiling" solutions, enabling the realization of consistent and refined projects in one place.

Architecture, design and art in one space
An integral part of the complex's expansion is also a sculpture by Oskar Zięta, located on the patio, in a historic avenue of chestnut trees. This is the artist's first realization in Silesia, which, thanks to the patronage of the owners of Home Concept, the Kołaszewski family, has become a valuable element of Katowice's urban space. The presence of a work of art by an internationally acclaimed artist underscores the idea of cenrtum as a place where architecture, design and art intermingle, creating not only commercial, but also cultural value.
