Geberit, the European leader in sanitary technology, is about to launch a competition called "Originality Matters. Design with Geberit!" aimed at architects. The goal of the initiative is to promote conscious bathroom design using original, high-quality sanitary solutions. The competition provides a platform for the presentation of the best architectural concepts, in which functionality, aesthetics and durability of the products used play a key role.

Architecture that starts with an idea
For Geberit, originality means more than aesthetics - it is a guarantee of quality, reliability and durability of solutions that prove themselves over the years. In the work of an architect, originality begins at the idea stage - in the concept, the way of thinking about space and the idea that gives the project its individual character. It is the combination of the author's vision with well-chosen, proven solutions that translates into functionality and longevity of the space.
The competition underscores this common perspective - showing that good architecture starts with the right choices.

Switzerland in the footsteps of Peter Zumthor
The grand prize in the competition is a trip worth PLN 10,000 to Therme Vals in Switzerland - a realization of Peter Zumthor, one of the most important contemporary architects and a Pritzker Prize winner. His approach to design, based on working with material, light and the context of a place, has been a reference point for architects around the world for years.
The Thermae in Vals is an example of architecture that is experienced - through the rhythm of the space, the proportions and the relationship with the environment. The award includes a stay at Hotel 7132, located in the same complex. This is a unique development where different languages of architecture meet - some of the rooms were designed by Tadao Ando, Kengo Kuma and Thom Mayne, among others. For architects, this is a rare opportunity to encounter and experience such diverse design approaches in one place.
Alternatively, the winner can receive a voucher worth PLN 10,000 for any trip from Ithaca's offer, tailored to their own plans and inspiration.
