The jury awarded the prize for an apt urban and architectural solution, which, in the opinion of the Competition Jury, best fulfilled the goal of the competition:

The presented design of a multilevel parking lot in the form of an appropriate for the location, non-obtrusive solid, takes into account the existing cultural and social context combining with the existing qualities of the place. It fits harmoniously into the Cultural Zone as an object that is not dominant. The creation of a walking area in the form of a "floral meadow" meets the social expectations for the site and is a continuation of the green valley of the International Conference Center.
