We have completed the online voting for the Audience Award - the best design of the REKTOR TRON made at the Faculty of Architecture of Krakow University of Technology within the framework of student workshops. Six projects took part in our poll. The largest number of votes (828), and thus the first place went to the work of the design team consisting of: Kacper Bernat, Karolina Cierpich, Martyna Czekańska, Maria Kasznicka and Wiktoria Śmiech.
In September, the eighth edition of the Concrete Architecture Student Workshoptook place in Cracow under the motto: The Rector's Throne. 34 male and female students representing universities from Cracow, Bialystok, Gdansk, Warsaw, Lodz and Poznan participated in the event.
Participants were tasked with designing, making formwork and filling it with concrete, creating sculptures - thrones, which later became the subject of an auction, and the amount auctioned was allocated to the "To the Rescue of Children with Cancer" Foundation. Nearly 19 thousand zlotys were successfully collected.
The projects were presented at an exhibition during the 13th Concrete Days conference.

In October and November, Architecture & Business gave a vote to its male and female readers, announcing a contest for the Audience Award. Male and female Internet users were able to vote for their favorite project until November 23, choosing it from among 6 competition entries
Thewinner was the work of the design team consisting of: Kacper Bernat (Gdansk University of Technology), Karolina Cierpich (Cracow University of Technology), Martyna Czekańska (Cracow University of Technology), Maria Kasznicka (Lodz University of Technology) and Wiktoria Śmiech (Cracow University of Technology). The project received 828 votes.
