This is what the autumn edition of DOMOdesign looked like

23 of November '25

On November 21 and 22, 2025, DOMOTEKA was one of the most interesting points on the weekend map of Warsaw. The autumn edition of DOMOdesign, held under the slogan "Interior Matters," attracted architects, designers, enthusiasts of good design and whole families. For two days, the venue's space hosted an intensive program of workshops, lectures, meetings and holiday attractions, which showed that DOMOTEKA is not just a place to shop for furniture and interior accessories, but also an important point on the map of industry education.

Friday under the sign of knowledge

Friday's DOMOdesign program started punctually at noon and showed from the first minutes how much demand there is for practical knowledge in the design community. A Yoga Nidra workshop and a public speaking class led by well-known journalist Katarzyna Jaroszynska started at the same time. Despite the different topics, both meetings filled the halls, emphasizing that designers want to develop not only technically, but also mentally and communicatively.

In the following hours, attendees moved between showrooms, choosing classes led by respected practitioners. Jacek Tryc discussed the principles of kitchen design, while lawyer Agata Sacharuk explained the intricacies of copyright law and data protection issues in an architect's daily work. Anna Gruzewska and Yassen Hristov revealed how to prepare an implementation so that it has a chance to appear in the press and digital media. Karolina Janczy's presentation introduced the latest trends from Cersaie and the principles of designing bathrooms for demanding users. Aldona Banasiuk-Suchorzewska, on the other hand, spoke about how to create reach rolls.

In the afternoon, the program gained even more momentum. Olga Kisiel-Konopka of OKK PR! talked about building an architect's brand and working with the media, Decoroom together with Rubio Monocoat introduced participants to the art of creating atmospheric moodboards, and Ewa Mierzejewska argued that art can be not just an add-on, but an integral part of a well-designed interior. Also of great interest were classes on interior styling for photo shoots conducted by Lukasz Siwiec and workshops on the use of AI tools.

The day culminated with a meeting with Jakub Szczęsny, dedicated to his book "Luxury vs. Simple Life," and two evening panels: a talk by Anna Federowicz (Tremend) on building an international design office and a debate on "Art and Design in Architecture," featuring Anna Halarewicz, Krzysztof Renes and Edyta Barańska, among others. Both discussions attracted a large audience, closing the first day of DOMOdesign.

Family Saturday in a festive atmosphere

On Saturday DOMOTEKA was filled with customers who together created Christmas decorations including garlands, centerpieces, Christmas ornaments for the Christmas tree and table or window. The workshop provided an opportunity to have fun while building the atmosphere before the upcoming holidays. The hostess of the day was journalist and media personality Gabi Drzewiecka, who throughout encouraged participants to discover more activities.

Also of great interest was the live cooking performed by David Gaboriaud. The French chef prepared warming soups that day, which immediately disappeared from plates. His presence and the open formula of the tasting gave the event the character of a culinary spectacle, eagerly photographed by visitors.

Friday and Saturday's attractions were complemented by the opportunity to see up close the unique Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Haute Voiture, a car available in only 150 examples worldwide. The design, inspired by haute couture aesthetics, attracted the attention of both car enthusiasts and those looking to experience luxury in a unique form.

This year's DOMOdesign was not only an opportunity to meet with experts, but also to take advantage of special offers from showrooms. The event was also accompanied by an exhibition of LUDISM objects, by Noke Architects studio and illustrator Ola Niepsuj. Two intensive days confirmed that DOMOdesign has become a permanent fixture on the landscape of industry events, combining education and the pleasure of interacting with good design. DOMOdesign once again proved that it can create a space where design experts and lovers come together to discover the importance of a well-designed interior. The next installment of DOMOdesign is scheduled for spring.
