Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys has become the new president of the General Board of the Association of Polish Architects. Until now, the duties of president were performed by Dr. Jerzy Grochulski, after Bohdan (Biś) Lisowski, who resigned from his previous position and membership in the SARP Main Board in February this year .
At the SARP General Delegates' Meeting held in Warsaw on June 23 and 24 this year, the vote determined that Agnieszka Kalinowska-Sołtys, a member of the board of APA Wojciechowski Architekci, until now SARP vice president for environment and climate protection , will become the new president of the SARP General Board.
Agnieszka Kalinowska-Soltys will serve until the end of the existing term, which runs from 2019-2023. She received 98 votes out of 107 valid voters.

Agnieszka Kalinowska-Soltys has been working in the office of APA Wojciechowski Architekci since 2010, where she holds the position of architect, partner and board member. She studied at the Warsaw University of Technology at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, defending her diploma in 2004. She also completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies in Real Estate Management at the Faculty of Economics at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences. She has been a BREEAM Assessor and LEED GA certified since 2010. She has won numerous award-winning office and retail and service projects meeting the high requirements of BREEAM, LEED and WELL Standard certification systems. She is a co-member of the National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction. She gained professional experience in companies: Hochteief, Arcadis and APA Wojciechowski.
