Athenasoft, a software developer for the construction industry and a leader in the field of cost estimating and investment analysis, is expanding the AthGreen platform with a new tool - AthGOZ. The application is designed to support engineers, designers and investors in the inventory and analysis of waste generated during demolition of construction projects.

The growing importance of a closed-loop economy and the environmental requirements of European Union regulations raises the need to meet new expectations, which the AthGOZ application helps with. This tool enables the determination of the potential of individual waste fractions for reuse, recycling and recovery, providing a basis for the preparation of preliminary waste management plans.

The application offers, among other things:

  • Import of material data from Excel sheets and cost estimation programs

  • Automatic calculation of waste quantities based on project data

  • Access to a database of waste codes consistent with the current waste catalog

  • Work in accordance with the Level(s) system

  • Generation of PDF reports for use in project and environmental documentation

The AthGreen platform offers tools to support construction projects compliant with the DNSH principle, the EU Taxonomy and the idea of decarbonization, including carbon footprint calculations. In addition to AthGOZ, the platform includes AthDNSH and AthCO₂ applications, as well as an interesting training offer provided by Athenasoft Academy.

Users of the Customer Portal(www.portalklienta.ath.pl) can test the AthGOZ application and other AthGreen solutions by activating a ten-day demo on their account.
