Gdansk Mills open day

17 of May '23

The construction of the Tri-City development Młyny Gdanskie has been completed. Developer ALLCON invites you to an open day organized on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The medieval Great Mill and the development on Malczewskiego Street have more in common than the coincidence of the name. The designers of the Gdansk Mills were clearly inspired by the architecture and urban planning of old Gdansk. There was no lack of references to the neighborhood's immediate surroundings and history. The name of the development refers to the first mills on the Siedlecki Stream, and the appearance of the facades corresponds to the brick buildings of the nearby neo-Gothic high school building.

The project consists of four intimate buildings surrounding a spacious courtyard. The new commercial premises on Malczewskiego Street are a nod to merchant traditions, while the representative entrance area evokes associations with the city gates once located in this part of Gdansk.

The history of the district became the inspiration for the development of the project area. The trees in the cascading courtyard allude to the cherry orchards that once grew here and the surrounding vineyards that no longer exist. Among the vegetation, three plazas have been created, each with a different character. The first is a place of tranquility surrounded by grasses, shrubs and trees. The highest one offers a beautiful view of the entire estate. Paths and a water cascade lead to the third. It forms the heart of the entire establishment with a lazily turning mill wheel and the entrance to the club and recreation area.

The Danzig Mills offers a wealth of space for social life and relaxation. In the sunny, green courtyard it is easy to forget about the hustle and bustle of the big city. Alleys and benches are natural places to calm down or meet with friends. Recreation rooms with a club room, pool table and fitness area complement the relaxation possibilities. The elegantly furnished interior is conducive to conversations over coffee, and the well-equipped fitness room with a cardio exercise area will help you stay healthy and fit.

The development lies less than two kilometers from downtown Gdansk. Proximity to the streetcar line and Kartuska Street guarantees very easy access by car, bicycle or public transport. The out-of-the-way location and intimate character ensure peace and quiet in close proximity to the city center. For the safety of residents, the estate is equipped with an access control system and monitoring with the option of viewing the view from cameras.

Młyny Gdańskie offers a large selection of units. The offer includes 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments, with sizes ranging from 46 to 104 sqm. Regardless of size, all units feature a functional layout of rooms. The offer also includes ground-floor apartments with their own gardens.

It is worth mentioning that a mural inspired by the past of the Siedlce district was created in the vicinity of the investment. It was made in the style of old Gdansk postcards and depicts objects referring to the history of the area, such as a mill or a vineyard. Developer ALLCON is responsible for the initiative, while the author of the mural is Marcin Budzinski of the WAKEUPTIME studio.
