Nova Viva Garden is a residential development by Victoria Dom on Włodkowica Street in Warsaw's Białołęka district. The estate, designed by OPEN Architektura, with Victoria Construction as the General Contractor, consists of low-rise, intimate buildings with carefully arranged greenery, located in a quiet and peaceful natural setting. The recently commissioned 6th phase features high-quality Deckshield resin flooring by Flowcrete, an expert in this technology, in an underground garage of 4,500sqm.

The Nova Viva Garden estate is formed by low-rise buildings four stories high. The development is located in a quiet and peaceful natural setting, yet close to shopping and entertainment facilities, schools, kindergartens, with convenient transportation links to the city center. Phases 7 and 8 of this project are currently under construction, creating carefully designed residential quarters with common spaces filled with greenery. Garages and technical rooms in all buildings of the development are located in the underground part.

Completed in 2025, the sixth phase of the development offers 113 functionally designed apartments and is architecturally consistent with the previously completed developments. It uses high-quality, modern materials and construction technologies.

The investor was looking for a flooring solution for the garage hall located on the "-1" level, which includes 128 parking spaces, as well as storage rooms, storerooms and bicycle rooms. The chosen flooring system was to protect the bottom slab from deterioration under the influence of external factors occurring during everyday use, while also having a positive impact on the aesthetics and functionality of the hall. In response to these requirements, Tremco CPG experts proposed a Flowcrete brand Deckshield ID parking lot floor, in an attractive light gray color scheme with graphite horizontal markings. The system was applied to a total area of 4,500sqm.

Deckshield ID polyurethane-quartz flooring is Flowcrete's flagship solution, used on covered floors in garages and parking lots of residential developments. Its primary function is to protect the concrete substrate from deterioration, including under the influence of vehicle traffic and substances that may be present in the parking lot. It is a multi-layer flooring system composed of polyurethane resins and quartz sand. It is characterized by high mechanical strength, including abrasion and impact resistance, and chemical resistance, including to fuels, vehicle operating fluids, components of road salts that are brought in on tires, etc.
The solution is characterized by a high ability to bridge cracks that occur in the concrete substrate, thus maintaining the integrity of the coating. Deckshield ID system overcomes scratches in the A2 class, in the range of 0.25-0.5 mm (test in accordance with PN-EN 1062-7), thus preventing leakage through the standard concrete scratches of contaminated water, deep into the bottom slab, into the reinforcement.
The use of Deckshield ID also has a beneficial effect on the aesthetics of the parking lot - bright colors and a glossy finish optically enlarge and brighten the interior of the garage hall. It is durable and long-lasting, and easy to clean, so it retains an attractive appearance for years. In addition, the rough surface with anti-slip properties and horizontal markings in contrasting colors increase the safety of traffic participants.
