Responsibility, curiosity, diversity. Architecture in three words according to Ondřej Chybík

"10 Questions to..." is a series of short interviews with architects and female architects, to whom we address the same pool of questions. In today's installment of the mini-interview, Ondřej Chybík of the Czech studio CHYBIK + KRISTOF talked about the most important buildings and the most inspiring city.

Ondřej Chybík - architect, co-founder of CHYBIK + KRISTOF studio based in Prague, Brno and Bratislava. He studied at Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic, TU Graz in Austria and ETH Zurich in Switzerland. His work was exhibited at MoMA in New York as part of the Uneven Growth exhibition. He worked at the PPAG studio in Vienna. He has taught at the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology, as well as guest lectures at the Faculty of Architecture of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava, the Faculty of Art and Architecture in Liberec and the Politecnico di Milano. In 2019, he was the winner of the Europe 40 Under 40® award recognizing young European architects.

Alejandro Aravena - I love the diversity of his portfolio.

Hand-drawing.

Both.

Both.
