Pioneer women - meeting around the book

This is the sixth publication in the series "Architecture is the most important" by EMG Publishing House.

"Pioneer Women" is a collection of essays about the mothers of Polish modern architecture by Hanna Faryna- Paszkiewicz, Grażyna Hryncewicz-Lamber, Marta Leśniakowska, Joanna Majczyk, Małgorzata Omilanowska (introduction), Grzegorz Piątek and Agnieszka Tomaszewicz.

Among the heroines are Anna Ptaszycka, working for the reconstruction of Wroclaw and Krakow, Wanda Melcer, Wanda Krahelska dedicated to the reconstruction of the capital - among others, co-founder of the monthly magazine "Skarpa Warszawska", Gizella Marguliesówa and Teresa Chmura-Pełech, among others, teaching at a university in Algeria.

The meeting will take place on March 4 at 6 pm at the Tajne Komplety Bookstore in Wroclaw (Przejście Garncarskie 2). The meeting will be attended by Grazyna Hryncewicz-Lamber, Joanna Majczyk and Agnieszka Tomaszewicz. The authors will be interviewed by Lukasz Wojciechowski, author of the previous volume of the series - "Architecture of Rational Europe".
