11 of March '20

Online voting for the Audience Award of the 14th edition of the Maciej Nowicki competition has ended. The first place went to Igor Jansen, author of the work entitled. "Searching for high quality social residential architecture using evolutionary algorithms". Congratulations!

During the BUDMA 2020 International Construction Fair in Poznań, we got to know the results of a competition aimed at promoting innovative solutions in Polish architecture and promoting the achievements of architects whose works are a significant contribution to the shaping of domestic architectural culture. This year's theme was "Open City, Friendly City", and out of the twenty-four works submitted, the jury selected four by awarding ex aequo first prize to Agnieszka Dąbek and the design team: Klaudia Golaszewska and Marek Grodzicki, the second to Michal Hondo, and the third to the Adamiczka.Broma studio. You can find the detailed results of the competition here.

In February, we gave the vote to A&B readers by announcing the Audience Award. Out of all the projects participating in the contest, internet users chose the winning entry - "Search for high quality social residential architecture using evolutionary algorithms" by Igor Jansen.

Full results of the public vote can be found here.

Congratulations to all the contestants!
