T-Passive Perfekt - window with reduced heat transfer coefficient

10 of March '22

Perfect quality at a moderate price

Budvar
is a company that is known for introducing new solutions and constantly developing to expand and adapt its offerings to market expectations. This time is no different. To meet the needs of customers looking for modern, environmentally friendly and energy-efficient solutions with the highest level of sealing and weather protection in exchange for a moderate price, technologists and designers have prepared a completely new product that meets all these requirements. The new T-Passive Perfekt window is being introduced to the regular offer on the Polish market from March 15.

New profile - new possibilities

Our guiding idea was to respond to the signals coming from the market and design an energy-efficient, incredibly warm window, which would not be heavy in appearance, but subtle and modern, and at the same time the price of the product would be affordable, says Mariusz Wojciechowski, chief technologist at Budvar.

The realization of the intention was 100% successful. The result of the ongoing conceptual work is precisely T-Passive Perfekt - a window created on the basis of a completely new profile with a depth of 82 mm. The new profile has also provided a new dimension in the design of windows, which are now able to meet the highest requirements in terms of energy efficiency, in addition to having a subtle, lightweight appearance, and in line with the latest design trends. With 3 gaskets as standard and the possibility of glazing with warm glazing packages, T-Passive Perfekt has excellent thermal (the possibility of obtainingUw of 0.69 W/m²K) and acoustic parameters, while remaining a very attractively priced product.

Modern technology and certificates

The profile, on the basis of which the T-Passive Perfekt window is made, is certified by the most demanding European laboratory - the German institute SKZ - TeConA GmbH, which confirms the granting of class S. This is a certificate that guarantees very high resistance of the product to adverse weather conditions. But certificates are not the only thing that distinguishes Budvar from other window manufacturers.

To ensure the highest quality, we control the entire production process from start to finish. From the extrusion of profiles, through the manufacture of finished products, to logistics and transportation. This approach ensures excellent quality control. In addition, we produce our windows using our modern and patented Titanium Technology," says Pawel Trzcinski, CEO and owner of the Budvar brand.

Thanks to the combination - at the stage of material processing - of full-grade PVC with an admixture of titanium oxide, a window profile distinguished by high rigidity, high resistance to scratches, discoloration and harmful effects of sunlight is obtained. They are also characterized by high gloss, which does not change despite years of use. This is why we can communicate that our windows are more durable than others," the CEO adds.

Concern for the environment drives Budvar's efforts

Budvar places a very strong emphasis on environmental protection. Out of concern for the well-being of the planet's ecosystem, it does not use lead, cadmium or other heavy metal compounds in the production of its windows and doors, and the manufacturing plant operates a zero waste philosophy - any profile that does not meet exacting standards is recycled into regranulate and is reused. No water is wasted either - production uses closed-loop chilled water to cool the profiles. Sustainability and awareness of the "human factor", which has a huge impact on the environment, is not a fad, but a model of nature-friendly living. More and more we are becoming convinced of the advantages of ecological, comprehensive solutions in our homes, preventing the loss of valuable heat, thereby reducing the consumption of additional energy needed for heating. T-Passive Perfekt is a solution that benefits both the environment - because it allows investors to implement eco-friendly solutions - and the wallet.

A window with a good price/quality ratio? This is Budvar

Constantly rising energy prices contribute to the search for new, efficient solutions in construction. The year 2022 has greeted us inauspiciously. Rising inflation and increases that are reaching deeper and deeper into Poles' wallets. The construction industry, unfortunately, has not resisted this upward trend. Raw materials, transportation - everything is getting more expensive. Budvar proves that - with all these external constraints - it is possible to create a product - which with quality and technology meets the highest needs, guarantees the parameters of an energy-efficient window already in the basic version, but at the price that until now you had to pay for a standard window, equipped with additional thermal insulation solutions.

T-Passive Perfekt family

T-Passive Perfekt is a whole family of window joinery solutions. Based on the new 82 mm deep profile, Budvar's offer includes windows, balconies (also with a low aluminum threshold and double-sided handle) and HKS tilt and slide patio doors, with dimensions and additional equipment ideally suited to individual needs. It is up to the customers to choose: glazing packages (single or double-chambered - up to 50 mm), the type of glazing due to their parameters (low-emission, anti-burglary, with ornament, anti-sun, sound-absorbing and with muntin bars), the color of the frame (21 colors to choose from, including the possibility of bi-color and the profile colored in the mass, matching the veneer). In addition, all windows in color already have invisible welds as standard, which strengthen their strength and make them look very modern, elegant and minimalist in the home space.

T-Passive Perfekt is an innovative solution and we strongly believe it will be successful. By introducing more and more technologically advanced ideas, we not only want to guarantee our customers access to the best products, but we are also able to significantly increase the comfort of their daily lives," says Pawel Trzcinski, CEO and owner of the Budvar brand.

Concern for ecology and sustainability, expressed, for example, in the way we approach marketing and advertising (limiting printed materials) and raw materials (focusing on themaximum use of available resources), is just the proverbial icing on the cake, but this approach makes Budvar's windows part of the worldview of the conscious and modern consumer. When choosing windows, it's worth choosing wisely and for the long term - it's ecological.
