The Małopolska Regional Chamber of Polish Architects has a new chairman. He was appointed Marek Kaszynski - president of the Cracow branch of the Association of Polish Architects.
During the seventeenth district convention of the Malopolska District Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland , held on March 25, 2023, the elected board of the VI term of office in 2022 did not receive a vote of approval. This meant that the next Election Convention had to be held within two months.
In accordance with § 26 para. 3 item 4 of the Regulations on the organization and procedure for holding conventions and elections to the bodies of organizational units of the professional self-government of architects - the Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland, failure to discharge the board at a given annual reporting convention is tantamount to stating the expiration of the mandate of the members of the board and comes into force on the date of adoption," reads the MPOIA.pl website.
Theposition of Chairman of the MPOIA RP Council, which was previously held by Piotr Chuchacz, has thus been taken over by Marek Kaszynski, who simultaneously holds the position of president of the Cracow branch of SARP for the 2019-2023 term .
