The appearance of today's hospitals is a synthesis of functionality, concern for the well-being of patients, and the imperative to comply with hygiene and the highest medical standards. There are more and more companies on the market that specialize in providing furnishings and uniforms for medical personnel, which translates not only into their visual attractiveness and creates the possibility of coherent space arrangement, for example, based on one dominant color theme.

These two fields, in the context of health care, contrary to appearances, can come into contact with each other not only in establishments specialized in plastic surgery, but also in those aimed at practicing specialties dedicated exclusively to health. Such is the case case of Maggie's Centre - a network of free centers operating in partnership with public NHS hospitals in the UK, which provide support for both those facing cancer and their loved ones. They are designed by some of the biggest names in architecture: Frank Gehry, Zaha Hadid, Rem Koolhaas, Snøhetta, Daniel Libeskind, Dow Jones Architects and others.

Współautor książki dla dzieci i dorosłych „Wspólne nie znaczy niczyje” oraz telewizyjnego cyklu „Księga Przestrzeni” (dwie serie). Autor i kurator wystaw architektonicznych. Dwukrotny laureat nagrody dziennikarskiej Izby Architektów RP.
