2nd Innovation & Design Management Conference
The March 29-30 online conference "Design in Liquid Modernity. Redefinition. Respect. Respekt. ", which will feature sparring duos, panel discussions, lectures, expert rooms and workshops on topics such as business and innovation, technology design, city and business or the role of design in building competitive advantage. Special guests at the event will be Prof. Brigitte Borja de Mozota, Prof. Roberto Verganti, Prof. Jerzy Hausner and Piotr Voelkel.
A year ago, overnight, entrepreneurs and each of us personally faced an unprecedented challenge. We live in a time of destabilization, redefinition of values, ways of doing things, a sense of uncertainty about the future. These are times of great opportunity or stark defeat. If we defend ourselves against change, try to maintain the status quo, then a real crisis is born. But a crisis can also provide the impetus that spurs companies into action and contributes to a change of philosophy and a redesign of strategy. Without it, progress is impossible, the event organizers write.
The conference on business design and innovation will feature fifty speakers, including architect Piotr Kuchcinski, industrial design designerJoanna Leciejewska, director of the Department of City Development andInternational Cooperation Department of the Poznań City Hall - Iwona Matuszczak-Szulc, product designer and interior designer Mikołaj Wierszyłłowski, co-founder of Magazyn Miasto Artur Celiński, designer and lecturer Tomek Rygalik , and Bogna Świątkowska, the originator, founder and president of the Management Board of Fundacja Bęc Zmiana.
