Students are invited to participate in the Prof. Wladyslaw Czarnecki competition for the best semester project made at the faculties of architecture and design courses at Poznan University of Technology and University of Arts.
The student competition for the best semester project is an annual, permanent event in the schedule of activities of the Poznań branch of SARP, with its tradition dating back to 1984. The list of winners and honorable mentions in the competition, which already includes nearly three hundred entries, includes the names of renowned architects, prominent didacticians, former and current members of the SARP Board and the Wielkopolska Regional Chamber of Architects.

The open formula of the competition allows participation in the elimination phase of both small architectural studies and extensive urban planning projects, within the categories:
- best architectural term paper,
- best urban planning term paper,
- best interior architecture term paper.
Participants can submit three works, one from each category.

The first stage of the competition is open to all works submitted by authors who have received credit by the deadline and have been recommended by the instructor.
