A facade in the rhythm of concrete and glass
The building's massing reflects the changing needs of modern medical education. The glazed south elevation emphasizes the transparency of the structure, while a ribbon-like arrangement of white floor panels introduces a rhythmic division of the facade. The use of fiberglass-reinforced concrete panels in the facade clearly separates the building's various functional zones. Glazing in the exterior wall improves energy efficiency and also provides adequate daylight, optimizing interior conditions.

modern solutions in student spaces:
balanced mix of function and aesthetics
A key element of the design is a network of spaces arranged on enlarged mezzanines along an open, 14-story staircase. It creates a unified, vertical space that extends from the main lobby to the top floor of the building. The vertical arrangement of the cascading studio spaces gives the southern façade a distinct, layered rhythm.

thoughtful finishes at the education center
Inside the structure, a variety of functional zones have been located, including a multi-level learning terrace, common space for students, individual and group work areas, and a cafeteria. The project also includes a multi-purpose auditorium, seating 275 people. A carefully selected palette of materials - warm shades of orange floors and wooden details - contrasts with the severity of the concrete ceilings and columns, emphasizing their flowing, sculptural form.
