Light On. Nowodvorski Begins the Next Phase of the Brand's Development

15 of September '26

A new strategy, a refreshed visual identity, and solutions to support lighting selection. Under the slogan “Light On,” Nowodvorski is embarking on a new phase of brand development, focusing on solutions that make it even easier for customers to choose lighting tailored to their needs. The strategy is accompanied by a refreshed visual identity, new digital tools, and the development of services that support the purchasing process. These changes are based on over 30 years of experience in lighting design and manufacturing, as well as the brand’s presence in 50 markets worldwide.

This new direction is a response to the changing approach to interior lighting. Increasingly, a lamp is not viewed solely as a decorative element, but as a long-term investment that enhances the comfort of everyday life. That is why Nowodvorski develops not only products but also solutions that help better tailor lighting to users’ needs and the character of a space.

We know that choosing lighting is more than just buying a lamp. We want to be even closer to our customers—from the moment of inspiration and identifying needs, through the support offered via digital tools, partner showrooms, and the Nowodvorski Brand House, to the product itself, which, thanks to its quality craftsmanship, remains a part of everyday life for a long time,” says Olga Krywult, CEO of Nowodvorski.

Design That Works

The new strategy is accompanied by the promise “Design that works.” For the brand, this means design in which aesthetics go hand in hand with quality, functionality, and ease of use. This approach is reflected not only in the products but also in the way the brand supports customers at every stage of the decision-making process.

Lighting is an investment for years to come. It affects not only the look of an interior but also the comfort of everyday life, the atmosphere, and how you use your home. We want to be there for you, providing the knowledge and tools to help you make the right choice. Today’s customer no longer distinguishes between the product, the online store, the catalog, or the showroom. They perceive a single brand experience. That’s why we’re working to ensure that every touchpoint is equally intuitive, consistent, and helpful. “We want the process of purchasing lighting to be simpler, more informed, and to give customers the sense that they’ve made the right decision,” emphasizes Paulina Boś, marketing director at Nowodvorski.

One element of these efforts is the new version of the nowodvorski.com website, designed to make it easier to search for and compare solutions tailored to specific needs. In addition to product information, the site also features resources to help users better understand how selected products work in practice—from lighting effects and dimming options to tips on using specific features. These are complemented by videos showcasing the technologies used in the brand’s products, including the patented One Click System, which allows for quick bulb replacement.

In subsequent stages of the platform’s development, 3D configurators for track lighting systems and the Cameleon System will be introduced, allowing customers to more easily visualize selected solutions even before making a purchase.

New displays in partner showrooms serve a similar purpose, allowing customers to see not only the product itself but also the impact of light on the perception of space. At the same time, the brand is developing training programs for sales partners to enhance their advisory skills.

From Concept to Finished Product

Behind the development of the collection is the Nowodvorski Design Lab—an interdisciplinary team of designers, engineers, and specialists responsible for creating products that combine aesthetics with practical application. Their work is supported by the brand’s in-house photometric laboratory, which enables the brand to develop products with a focus on light quality and comfort. The results of these efforts are reflected both in the brand’s product lineup and in its international Red Dot Design Award recognitions.

Design Lab is constantly evolving and expanding its capabilities to even better integrate design, engineering, material selection, and user experience. This results in products that not only look good but also perform well in everyday use, says Olga Krywult.

In-house production also remains a key element of the brand’s operations. The 20,000 m² production and logistics facilities, comprising plants in Częstochowa and Siemianowice Śląskie, allow the brand to maintain control over the manufacturing process and develop products based on many years of technological expertise.

New Visual Identity

The new brand development strategy is accompanied by a refreshed visual identity. In recent years, both the product lineup and the organization itself have expanded, which is why the brand decided to change its visual language to better reflect its current character.

The refreshed logo draws inspiration from light and nature. Its geometry features references to the setting sun, the shape of a lamp, and the distinctive rhythm of the three “O”s in the name Nowodvorski.

The color palette, photography, and product presentation have also been updated. The new aesthetic better captures the essence of the product line, in which diverse materials, textures, and finishes play a key role, as does the relationship between light, architecture, and users’ everyday experiences.

Another aspect of the changes is the simplification of the brand identity. The brand is dropping the “Lighting” component, emphasizing the significance of the name Nowodvorski, which for over three decades has become a symbol of quality, experience, and trust.
