The online voting for the Audience Award in the ZAMIESZKANIE competition has ended . The competition was organized by produktydladomu.pl and the monthly magazine "Architektura&Biznes".23 projects took part in the plebiscite and made it to the final round of the competition.The highest number of votes (2108) was received by the work "In response to the urban jungle", by Magdalena Całus, Wiktoria Lasek and Kacper Klaus Rorat and Zofia Zwijacz from the Faculty of Architecture at the Wroclaw University of Technology. Congratulations to the winners!
The competition was addressed to male and female students of the Faculties of Architecture, Interior Design and design faculties from all over Poland. The jury, chaired by Prof. Tadeusz Pietrzkiewicz (Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk) and composed of Prof. Beata Gibała-Kapecka (Faculty of Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow), Magdalena Buczyńska-Zapała (president of the SARP Krakow Branch), Małgorzata Tomczak (editor-in-chief of A&B) and Ola Kloc (secretary of the A&B editorial board), evaluated 102 projects. In February and March 2025, Architecture & Business gave a vote to its male and female readers, announcing a contest for the Audience Award. Male and female Internet users were able to vote for their favorite graduation project, out of 23 works admitted to the finals.
The winner was the design team - Magdalena Całus, Wiktoria Lasek, Kacper Klaus
for the project "In response to the urban jungle", made at the Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology. Urban Jungle is a modular, three-story residential unit (25 m²) with a vertical form, combining compactness, energy efficiency and innovative solutions such as a rope instead of stairs and green facades. The authors and the author will receive a diploma and a one-year subscription to the monthly magazine "A&B". The project won 2108 votes.
Second place - Ewa Maniak, Karolina Rorat, Zofia Zwijacz
for the work "Re:Sanatorium", made at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology. "Re:Sanatorium" is a co-housing center for seniors inspired by the style of the Swinomish River, combining traditional architecture with modern CLT technology, promoting integration, social activity and sustainable development. The project received 1,912 votes.

Third place - Julia Lukowska, Marta Szczygłowska
for "Forest Nest - Forest Nest" from of the Faculty of Architecture of Wrocław University of Technology. The Forest Nest project in Wroclaw is an ecological village with elevated buildings, combining energy-efficient materials, green infrastructure and innovative spatial layout for sustainable living. The work received 510 votes.
