The Best Interior Design Thesis Competition 2025–2027
Attention, interior design students and graduates! The seventh edition of the A&B Academy competition for the best thesis projects is now open—and you could be the stars of this competition. If you defended your bachelor’s, engineering, or master’s thesis projects between 2025 and 2027, submit them and show the world how you envision the future of design! We’re looking for bold, unconventional, and inspiring ideas—projects that combine aesthetics, functionality, and innovative thinking. This is a platform for young creators who aren’t afraid to experiment and propose new solutions.
About the Contest
The Best Interior Design Thesis is an initiative promoting the most outstanding student work in Poland. We’re interested in projects that:

open up new perspectives,

combine various fields of art and design,
-
offer a fresh approach to private and public spaces.
We recognize not only the creators of these works but also their advisors and universities—because together we are shaping the future of interior architecture.
What can you submit?
Have you worked on a design for an apartment, a coworking space, a cultural center, a hotel, a spa, or a next-generation train station? Or perhaps you’ve created a stage set, an exhibition, a contemplative space, or an innovative form of recreation?
We’re looking for:

innovative solutions,

eco-friendly concepts,
-
creative visions of space.
What matters is the idea, how it’s developed, and the quality of the presented project.
Why participate?
The most interesting entries will be published in the magazine *Architektura & Biznes* —both in print and online. The winner will receive a subscription to the magazine and a commemorative certificate. In addition to the jury’s evaluation, participants will also have the opportunity to compete for the Internet Users’ Award, which is granted through an open online vote.

How to Submit Your Entry?
Submit:

an author’s description (up to 4,000 characters, including spaces),
-
general information (thesis title, university, advisor, type and date of defense),
-
visualizations and technical drawings (300 dpi, .jpg/.tif/.eps + vector files .eps/.ai/.pdf),
-
contact information (phone number and email address),
-
a brief biographical note + a photo of the author.
Entries that do not meet the above technical requirements (incomplete entries) will not be evaluated by the jury. Once an entry has been submitted, the description cannot be changed.
Please share the materials in a Google Drive folder (with editing access). Detailed information is available in the contest rules.
