The multifamily building stands out not only because of its modern, geometric shape, but above all it impresses with its unusual facade, where the whiteness and grayness of the facade is broken by balconies in intense colors - from greens, yellows, reds, to purples and blues. This multicolored accent makes the whole look modern and light, adding an original character to the urban space.

As part of the project, the complex was equipped with 16 WIŚNIOWSKI Select overhead doors , ensuring the highest standard of use for residents. Each of the 16 gates was made of high-quality steel, with additional insulation. Thanks to precise tilting mechanisms, their operation is easy and safe, and the durable construction ensures reliability for years.
Select gates are characterized by a minimalist, modern design that blends perfectly with the architecture of the building. Their graphite color scheme emphasizes the elegant character of the first floor, creating an aesthetic base for the upper floors.

Lwowska 119 is a well-known address in Nowy Sącz. A new residential block has been built here, which is not at all easy to get to. The whole area has been equipped with solid WIŚNIOWSKI solutions, which effectively protect against unauthorized access, and at the same time harmoniously fit into the aesthetics of the investment.

A PI 95 sliding gate was used at the entrance, which, thanks to an automatic drive, provides comfortable and smooth opening (PI sliding gates allow securing entrances up to 12 m wide). Additional protection and elegant appearance of the property is provided by the BASTION swing gate. The possibility to order any size of the product with a wide selection of additional options allows you to personalize the entrance to the property. The Novum estate in Krakow is an example of an investment where modern architecture meets functional and durable solutions providing comfort and safety for residents. The entrance to the underground parking lot is secured by a MakroPro 2.0 sectional gate, which guarantees reliable operation even during intensive use. The entire area has been fenced with the WIŚNIOWSKI system, which is distinguished by its aesthetics and matching the style of the building. Entrance to the estate is through a BASTION double-leaf gate, and pedestrian traffic is enabled by a BASTION fence gate matched to the whole, equipped with a durable lock and strong hinges. In addition, a panel fence VEGA 2D was used, which thanks to its simple form and solid construction creates a light, modern barrier separating private space from urban development. Thanks to these elements, a coherent fencing system was created, which effectively protects the project area, providing residents with a sense of privacy and security in an attractive environment.
