Fluting - the interior design hit of recent seasons

Fluting is a striking surface finish in the form of rounded slats or half-shells. Although until recently it was mainly associated with furniture fronts, today it is gaining wider use - from bathroom ceramics, to fixtures, to bathtubs and shower enclosures.

This is one of the hottest interior trends, which combines decorativeness with minimalism. Simple, rhythmic lines of fluting introduce subtle geometry into the arrangement - creating a pattern that does not dominate the space, but gives it character and depth.

Fluted surfaces delight not only in appearance, but also in functionality. They perfectly mask fingerprints, stains or water deposits - making them a particularly practical solution in bathrooms and kitchens.

Whether they appear on walls, furniture or fixtures, fluted finishes are for those who appreciate style, modernity and details that make a difference.

Oltens offers the Hamnes collection in this trend : faucets, free-standing bathtubs and furniture.
