Modern aluminum window and door structures

The unquestionable advantage of aluminum windows and doors is their increased thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, waterproofing and resistance to burglary. Better structural statics allows the design of larger dimensions, and thus very large glazing. In addition, aluminum is resistant to the adverse effects of UV radiation. Aluron has a wide portfolio of systems for manufacturing windows and doors:

  • AS 75 - a system that allows the construction of various types of windows and doors, including balcony windows and constructions in the AS 75 Industrial version with welded muntins in a flat or spatial version for lovers of loft style. AS 75 windows are also available in Glass Line version with elegant all-glass cladding.
  • AS 80US is a window system in which the intended aesthetic effect is to achieve an invisible window sash when viewed from the outside. This makes all adjacent fixed and opening windows look the same from the outside and give the impression of non-opening quarters.
  • AS 110 Passiv - Thanks to the use of 5-chamber profiles, 3-chamber glazing packages and a wider frame, AS 110 windows are much warmer and more resistant to outside noise penetration. The system is Passiv House certified, so it can be used in passive and energy-efficient house projects.
  • AS 178HS PRO SLIM and AS 178HS MODERN in the ULTRA variant are new generation lift-and-slide door systems for the construction of large movable terrace glazing with a low and warm threshold or threshold-free development. The systems are distinguished by very narrow profiles and large glazing, as well as the narrowest mullion on the market in HST doors of only 25 mm. The hardware used can be used to automatically control and open the sashes (also via smartphone).
  • AS 75P and AS 100P - Panel door systems are made of 3-chamber thermally insulated profiles with a decorative panel applied over the entire surface of the sash, which can be freely milled, painted and matched to the rest of the joinery. The use of multipoint locks and a central gasket guarantees tightness and comfort of use. It is possible to use access control such as: fingerprint reader, RFID or numeric keypad. In addition, the AS 75P door is available in a unique variant with a flush fanlight.
  • AS 100 Pivot - a novelty in Aluron's offer. The system is used to construct single or double-leaf exterior doors, whose characteristic feature is a shifted pivot axis that gives them a striking appearance. The door leaves are available in three filling variants: with insulated glass, with a door panel and in the Glass Line version with elegant enamel glass glued on both sides of the leaf.
  • ACS GLASS GARDEN - aluminum glass pergola system. It is used to construct a non-thermally insulated, roofed structure free-standing or attached to a building. The solution can be enriched with side screens, such as sliding glass panels or sliding doors.

Aluron's window and sliding systems can be complemented with AS VGB's proprietary all-glass balustrade and mosquito netting for full protection against insects.

Gemini aluminum overlays for wooden and PVC windows

Gemini aluminum overlay systems make it possible to unify and match, in terms of design, plastic and wooden windows with aluminum joinery. They provide elegance while maintaining the highest performance of PVC and wooden constructions. There is freedom to choose the color of the overlays from the rich palette of Aluron Color Collection2 including various RAL color structures, wood-like decors and anode. Aluminum overlays increase the acoustic comfort of users inside the room. The use of such solutions has a positive effect on the statics of windows and doors, which in turn translates into the possibility of making structures in larger dimensions than those provided by the technical standards for PVC and wood. Joining the corners of the aluminum frames is carried out at an angle of 45o in the "invisible weld" technology providing the effect of a perfectly flat, uniform surface.
