Gira System 3000
"Smart home" is one of the popular issues in electrical system design today. It is a broadly understood term that includes both elaborate building management systems integrating multiple branches(lighting, HVAC, alarm, etc.), but also often simple solutions involving only one or two products managed by a phone app, such as several 'smart light bulbs' or roller shutter controls.

For more than 30 years, Gira has been part of the international KNX standard, of which more than 500 manufacturers are members, producing more than 8,000 products. It is a sophisticated system that requires a completely new and dedicated installation.
Seeing the need for a simpler solution, Gira System 3000 was therefore created.

Gira System 3000 is a solution that does not require interference with the existing electrical installation and consists of replacing traditional switches with system components. It allows control of lighting, blinds, and heating. The System 3000 includes both lighting dimming modules, heating timers, blind modules, and motion detectors.
In addition to the unquestionable advantage of being able to install on the existing electrical system without any construction work, an interesting feature of the Gira System 3000 is the possibility to use Bluetooth-enabled modules for controlling lighting, blinds, or heating from mobile devices such as phones or tablets.

The latest product in the Gira System 3000 is a touch dimmer. This device allows you to start lighting with pre-programmed light intensity levels, or adjust smoothly by swiping your finger.

In private apartments when you want to create a simple system for managing lighting, blinds, heating without modifying the existing electrical system.

In conference rooms or hotel rooms. That is, in rooms where guests change frequently, thanks to the simple pairing of a new phone, any room user can quickly and simply access control of lighting or blinds from their phone.
Wherever we want to replace the classic light switch with a motion detector. In some rooms, such as garages, such a solution will work much better, as the lighting will turn on automatically when a car enters or enters the garage and turn off after a preset time, without changing the existing wiring.

The blind controller with display allows you to operate the blinds from a phone app. In addition, the astro function allows you to program the blinds to raise or lower according to the time of sunrise/sunset.
