Condexa Pro condensing boilers - one product, a thousand solutions

The unit is extremely versatile, offering a range of solutions: from a single central heating boiler to cascades of as many as ten boilers. The Condexa Pro wall-mounted modular gas boiler is an ideal product for residential, commercial, new and retrofit buildings.

The advantage of condensing boilers over conventional ones is that they have a closed combustion chamber and draw in air from outside the building. They are slightly more expensive than conventional ones, but are more effective and efficient. The maximum efficiency of condensing units reaches 109% (conventional 90%), because this type of equipment recovers heat from the flue gas, hence the excess of more than 100%. Thus, the higher the efficiency of the boiler, the lower the fuel consumption and lower the cost of heating. The investment in such a boiler will pay for itself much faster and begin to pay off in the following years of its use.

Condexa Pro boilers can be installed inside a boiler room individually or in a cascade up to 1120 kW. The range of units consists of 8 models ranging from 35 kW to 131 kW, as well as a number of accessories.

TAU N boiler - innovative, ecological, designer

TAU N is a condensing three-pass stainless steel boiler for burner operation. It is the winner of the Archiproducts Design Award 2020, awarded by the Italian platform Archiproducts for exceptional design, innovation, originality, or environmental impact in the construction category.

The standing condensing boiler with a large water capacity is designed for installation in a boiler room: it is suitable for heating and hot water production in combination with a suitable gas burner (also available from Riello). All boiler components in contact with combustion products are made of titanium-reinforced stainless steel.

It was designed on the principle of heat stratification, which means that the combustion chamber was placed at the top and the tube bundle at the bottom (smooth tubes with removable turbolators). This solution optimizes heat transfer and energy efficiency, resulting in high efficiency in condensing technology. Another advantage is the ability to compensate for thermal expansion. In order to reduce heat loss, high-density glass wool mats were used for thermal insulation of the boiler body, casing and front door.

Easy operation and the ability to bring the unit into the room where it will be installed is also an important aspect, which was achieved thanks to the vertical design with a panel housing on models up to 1450 kW.

The 2100-2600 models, on the other hand, have been developed on a "square" plan with a single plating to maintain a high water capacity while ensuring maximum efficiency. In addition, the front door and combustion chamber closure can be opened completely, allowing for easier inspection, maintenance and cleaning of internal parts, as well as reduced time for service inspection.

TAU N works with Riello brand burners - premix type, or fan burners with low NOx emissions, such as the RS/E BLU burner series covering the power range from 44 to 2400 kW. By choosing the RS/E BLU burner series, you are guaranteed high efficiency for a variety of applications (including paint chambers, baking ovens, heaters and central heating boilers.). This solution reduces fuel consumption and operating costs. Riello also offers versions designed to work with Variable Speed Drive technology, which is based on the control of a frequency converter that modifies the air flow by changing the speed of the motor. The special design of the air intake duct and built-in sound-absorbing material ensure that sound emissions are optimized.

STEEL PRO POWER is a new modular condensing floor-standing boiler designed and developed to simplify installation as much as possible while providing the configuration flexibility and continuity of operation typical of modular systems.

The boilers can be installed in single configuration (from 114 to 540 kW) or cascade configuration (from 655 to 1310 kW) using dedicated accessories. The technical cabinet in which the boiler is placed is constructed of an anodized aluminum frame, inside which 2, 3 or 4 heating modules are built.

All models are equipped as standard with hydraulic, gas, condensate and flue gas manifolds, and allow installation with external air intake. As a result, assembly and installation can be carried out in a very short time, in new as well as retrofitted installations.

Compactness, control and energy management combined with the new patented stainless steel double heat exchanger system and the PREMIX burner with a wide modulation range make STEEL PRO POWER an extremely efficient and low-emission heating system.

Each STEEL PRO POWER heating module is built with a single pre-mix burner, working with a new heat exchanger to achieve the most efficient heat exchange, reducing emissions and ensuring operation even in the most demanding conditions. The pre-mix type burner meets the most stringent limits for pollutant emissions, thanks to which the boiler achieves NOx class 6 according to UNI EN 15502-1.

The STEEL PRO POWER boiler series is complemented by a wide range of accessories to suit any type of installation.
