The engineering work "Interior design of the restaurant in the facility of the former dairy in the village of Przemocze" includes the development of the interior and surroundings of the building on the plot of land No. 312 with a total area of 1119 square meters in the village of Przemocze, West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

The main idea of the project was to adapt the building for a catering function, and the outdoor area for a parking lot and restaurant garden. The historic character of the building inspired the design activities. In the 1920s the building functioned as a dairy, and in later years as a cheese plant and milk catchment. In the design, old dairy equipment serves a decorative function, and the dominant color in the interior is steel, aluminum and concrete giving it an industrial style. Currently the building is not in use, and is in need of major renovation.

The interior design encompasses three floors of the building, on level -1 there is the main consumption room, toilets, bar, kitchen and technical facilities, level 0 is a mezzanine that serves as a consumption room, there are also toilets and an office, and on level +1 there is a room that serves as a conference room and a hall where special events can be held. Designing a functional and flashy restaurant interior in the existing historic space was one of the biggest design challenges. It was necessary to plan a new layout of the rooms, following first of all the rules of hygiene, sanitation and fire safety. The heights of floors and ceilings were also changed, and a new electrical, plumbing, ventilation and recuperation system was designed. The surrounding design divided the area around the building into three zones: a parking lot, a restaurant garden with a winter pavilion, and a technical zone. Ground level changes were made throughout the area, numerous tree and shrub plantings were added to the garden zone, a pavilion was designed to connect the restaurant with the garden, and the entire area was fenced with a brick wall.

The main goal of the project was to adapt the building for use by people of all ages and physical abilities, so that everyone could experience the same interior. Toilets were therefore adapted to the design requirements for people with disabilities, and the stairs between floors were equipped with child-safe railings and a stair platform for wheelchairs. Another design consideration was to highlight the physical features of the original building, so structural elements - beams and sections - were uncovered under the ceilings, original red brick was preserved on the walls, and floors were leveled throughout the floors for freer communication.

The purely stylistic goal of the interior design was to show the post-industrial austerity of the historic building warmed by accents in the form of leather upholstery and greenery, and to highlight with light the decorative elements in the interior, such as the steel structure suspended above the bar or the wall decoration made of old dairy accessories.
