Located on Lake Lucień, the complex, originally built in the 1960s by Zyrardow's Linen Industry Plant, is an example of modernist architecture with a unique form of four cylindrical buildings. The resort was once a symbol of luxury, with extensive hotel, sports and recreational facilities. Today, despite its state of neglect, it retains great architectural and historical potential.
The revitalization involves restoring the facility to its former glory, creating a space integrated with the surrounding nature. The project includes a series of interiors designed with the user and his senses in mind. The entrance hall and reception area have been designed as bright spaces, open to daylight, with plenty of greenery and natural materials such as concrete, wood and marble.

The multimedia room was designed as a space that is both a botanical garden and an interactive educational center. Innovative technological solutions have been used here - from touch screens to intelligent irrigation and lighting systems that promote plant growth. Mirrors, LEDs and vegetation create a sensory, immersive atmosphere.
The restaurant and bar areas are dominated by natural colors, thoughtful juxtapositions of materials and contact with the greenery of the patio. The space is conducive to integration and relaxation, combining aesthetics with functionality. The workshop room is equipped with modular furniture that allows various configurations, fostering creative work and education.

The SPA area in the "C" building was designed for deep relaxation. It makes use of, among other things, a Jacuzzi, selective anti-slip mosaic, LED mood lighting and air filtration systems to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
Building "D" includes an exercise room with flexible cork flooring, mirrors that optically enlarge the space and views of the surrounding nature to promote concentration and tranquility. Intelligent temperature and humidity control systems ensure optimal conditions for training and relaxation.
Hotel rooms are decorated in warm, natural colors, using wood, stone and plants. Integrated technologies - smart lighting, blinds, air conditioning and plant watering - create a comfortable and modern space. Bathrooms with marble mosaics and interactive mirrors complete the sense of luxury and relaxation.

The design of the "Inspiration Center" is a response to the need for contact with nature combined with modernity. Integration of vegetation and technology promotes not only regeneration, but also education and activation of users. The concept emphasizes the importance of sustainable design and seeks to create a place that supports human well-being and respect for the environment.
