Since last year, Lubar Prefabrication has been independently producing concrete for its own use, which is an important step in the company's development. Until now, the material was supplied by the parent company, LUBAR S. A. The switch to in-house production has given the company full control over the quality of the raw material, delivery times and product compliance with the highest standards.
The company works with a leading manufacturer of chemical solutions for concrete, ensuring the use of state-of-the-art additives and modifiers. REALIZATIONS: PREFABRICATION IN PRACTICE
The tower of the H₂Ostróg Aquapark in Raciborz.
One of the important realizations of the last period was the production and installation of a tower for Aquapark H₂Ostróg in Raciborz. The project included the expansion of the complex to include a new outdoor section with open-air pools and slides. A key advantage of prefabrication was the speed of execution - the structure was built in just a few days, while traditional wet concreting would have significantly prolonged the construction schedule.
This realization is an excellent example of the advantages of prefabrication over traditional methods. Instead of involving workers at heights, waiting for weather conditions and achieving full strength of the concrete on site, the prefabricated elements went to the site ready for installation. This combination of safety, time efficiency and precision is increasingly appreciated by investors.

Prefabricated stairs
Another example is the prefabricated stairs delivered for a housing development under construction in Rybnik.
