New version of ArCADia-TERMOCAD Audit 9

The program version ArCADia-TERMOCAD Audyt is designed to perform energy and renovation audits according to the latest legal requirements. It also has the ability to develop an energy efficiency audit, making it possible to include in the development, among other things, the replacement of lighting fixtures or light sources and the replacement of electrical equipment and appliances to reduce energy consumption by the building. Based on the completed audit, it is possible to develop an as-built audit.

The new version of the program includes a change in the method of calculating thermo-modernization and renovation bonuses resulting from the Act of September 29, 2022 on amendments to certain laws supporting the improvement of housing conditions, as well as a new template for energy and renovation audit cards in accordance with the MRiT decree issued to this Act, dated December 15, 2022, coming into force on 29/12/2022.

The update takes into account:

• a change in the amount of the thermomodernization and renovation bonus,

• thermomodernization grant,

• RES grant,

• MZG bonus and MZG grant for buildings belonging to the housing stock of municipalities,

• new audit card template.

The result of the calculations is a report with an audit card compiling data for the building before and after modernization for the selected optimal variant.

The modeling of the building body is made possible by the full-featured graphic editor TERMOCADIA implemented into the program, which allows the import of drawings in DWG format and the import and export of ArCADia BIM system projects. Thanks to this solution, the building energy calculation software is even better integrated with our ArCADia BIM design system, which aims to best support designers in working in accordance with the principles of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
