According to current regulations, the usable attic must be separated from the combustible structure and combustible roof covering by a partition with a specific fire resistance class.

Thanks to this, it is possible to achieve the required parameters of fire resistance REI 30 (in a low building) or REI 60 (in a medium-high and high building) that will provide time to organize assistance and evacuation.
