AeroVent - modern recuperation not only for the home

The aeroVent recuperation systems are suitable for homes from about 70 m² to as much as 800 m², such as the Reversus 1300, which can also be used in commercial buildings. Among aeroVent recuperators are 3 families: Reversus, Flat and Breva. Various installation methods, a wide range of capacities and a choice of control systems make them suitable for different types of buildings - for both less and more demanding customers with different preferences.

Among other things, aeroVent recuperators are distinguished by their energy efficiency, thanks to a system that prevents the exchanger from freezing without the use of an electric heater, or their robust PML technology housing, which has very good thermal and sound insulation properties.

Breva energy-efficient recuperators for smaller homes

The three models of Breva recuperators are distinguished by their installation method and efficiency. Breva are designed for the smallest homes, up to approx. 100-120 m², where functional use of space is important. Thanks to their compact size and mounting options (Breva 200 for suspended ceiling or floor mounting, Breva Top Mini or Breva Top on the wall), Breva can be installed even in very limited space, for example, in a closet. However, it should be remembered that the basis for the selection of the appropriate device is the design of the recuperation installation, which at aeroVent you can, with one condition, receive for free, along with a quote for the entire installation.

Unique features and advantages of Breva recuperators:

  1. Low electricityconsumption of between 84-99 watts.
  2. Competitive price in relation to high quality.
  3. High maximum heat recovery efficiency - up to 92%.
  4. Energy efficient thanks to the heaterless system, which prevents the exchanger from freezing without the use of an electric heater, saving up to 40% of energy in the winter compared to recuperators with a heater.
  5. Adapted for installation in unheated rooms with temperatures from 0°C to 45°C.
  6. Priced with EVO LT touch control panel with color display.
  7. Compact size and easy access to filters on the front panel.
  8. Works with air quality sensors.
  9. Soundproof, durable and aesthetically pleasing EPPhousing reinforced with a metal frame, also perfectly insulates against cold and moisture.
  10. Automatic by-pass - a guarantee of savings on electricity in the warm months.

Recuperation for home and business: Reversus+ and Flat+

AeroVent also offers recuperation for larger homes and premises: the Flat+, for ceiling or floor mounting, and the flagship Reversus+, for floor mounting or wall hanging.

The distinguishing features of the Reversus+ and Flat+ recuperators are:

  1. Robust housing made with PML technology, characterized by the use of pressurized polyurethane foam, finished with high-grade galvanized steel, which translates into quiet operation of the unit and high thermal insulation that minimizes heat loss, improving the efficiency of the recuperator and increasing heat recovery efficiency. The sealed housing protects against dirt and moisture, extending the unit's life and making it easier to maintain.
  2. An energy-efficient heaterless defrost system, as in Brevach, uses a stream of warm exhaust air from the building to protect the exchanger from freezing, instead of an energy-intensive electric heater (preheater). The heaterless system is much cheaper and just as effective as the heater. AeroVent recuperators can also be optionally equipped with an electric heater.
  3. The device's advanced controls allow integration with smart home systems and, for example, with a kitchen hood or building alarm system. We can also manage the operation of the recuperator through an application on the phone.
  4. The modern control panel included in the price with the device - Wi-Fi standard, has built-in humidity and temperature sensors (optional CO₂ sensor), which automatically adjust the work of the recuperator to the current conditions.
  5. Heat recovery efficiency according to EN13141-7 is an average of 85% (maximum efficiency: up to 95%).
  6. Large counter-flow heat exchangers are characterized by high heat recovery, higher efficiency compared to cross-flow heat exchangers and are less prone to freezing.
  7. Available with an enthalpy counterflow heat exchanger, which, in addition to heat recovery, also recovers moisture, for optimal humidity in the home.
  8. A fully automaticheat exchanger by-passcomes as standard, allowing - especially in summer - direct and completely free (no electricity consumption) air exchange bypassingthe heat exchanger.
