The use of anti-smog filters and the airCare+ anti-bacterial layer ensures that the air supplied to the interior is free of PM1, PM2.5, bacteria and allergens. For residents of large cities, this is a real improvement in quality of life and health protection - especially during periods of higher smog concentrations. Rotenso Wentilo ICON systems operate fully automatically thanks to the intelligent iEDGE controller, adjusting the ventilation intensity to indoor conditions (including CO₂ level or presence of household members). Thus, the user does not have to intervene in the settings himself, as the unit operates independently, constantly taking care of thermal comfort and air quality.

A major advantage of the system is also its high heat recovery efficiency, reaching up to 90%, which translates into real savings in heating costs.
