How to design an apartment in the tallest apartment building in the EU? TM Tower dethrones Zlota 44.

Another phase of TM Tower, which is to become the tallest residential building in the European Union, has been completed. It will accommodate 260 apartments and more than 10,000 sq m of common space. Let's take a look inside and see what this Spanish giant has to offer.

TM Tower is being built in the city of Benidorm on the Costa Blanca, with the first construction work starting in the fall of 2025 and scheduled for completion in the summer of 2028. The construction of the first floor, and one of the most important construction stages, has just been completed. The building is expected to reach 230 meters in height, thus overtaking Warsaw's Zlota 44 - the previous leader on the list of the EU's tallest apartment buildings.

The structure, weighing nearly 85,000 tons, is to have 64 floors - all of which have been allocated for both residential interiors and common spaces. Nearly half of the TM Tower's designed apartments are already booked.

TM Tower is expected to have all the amenities its users could dream of. Swimming pools, sports zones, a sky bar overlooking the Mediterranean, a cinema and even golf courses - among other entertainment facilities, the apartment building's design guarantees. More than 10,000 sq. m. of common spaces are impressive.

The first visualizations show that the designers focused on making the interiors with their design encourage relaxation and rest. The rooms are spacious and decorated in light colors, and are connected by the element of wooden fins used in most common spaces, referring to the building's facade.

Due to the location of the apartment building, it was a good move to design huge glazing. Thanks to them, the interior merges with the sandy surroundings, and the sea seems to be at hand. The designers also decided to use subtle, warm backlighting, both in the walls and the floor. The decor is complemented by light furnishings, such as rattan coffee tables, metal chairs and wooden lamps.

In the project, the apartment arrangements are bright, with elements of warm wood. Marble countertops and stone tables catch the eye. The floor shows beige porcelain stoneware, which adds elegance and character to the space - making it look clean yet cozy.

The apartments have access to gigantic terraces that overlook the sea. Who among us wouldn't want to see such a picture right after waking up?

The monotony of whites and beiges is broken with color accents, such as sofas and armchairs in various shades of green and orange or RTV walls in dark wood.

The bathrooms are dominated by a stone motif and grays and beiges. However, the designers were not afraid to use bolder colors as well, placing them on stone shelves and in accessories. Illuminated oval mirrors, round sinks and shiny marble bring a spa-like atmosphere to the interior, making it a space where one can relax after playing tennis at a nearby court.

The seemingly dull color palette in the interior of TM Tower works perfectly. The space fits in perfectly with the coastal climate, conquering the natural qualities of its surroundings.

The interior design of the apartment building shows that height is not its only asset. Spacious, bright rooms and the mass of possibilities offered by TM Tower make this realization impossible to pass by indifferently.
