40 years of experience in manufacturing steel structures for modern architecture
The company RAPMET Sp. z o.o. already boasts a tradition of more than 40 years of manufacturing steel structures of various types for the construction industry. It is now a major supplier of such products to the Polish market and to many markets in European countries. The company has obtained a certificate of conformity for factory production control in accordance with EN 1090-1, authorizing the manufacture of steel load-bearing elements and their assemblies up to class EXC2 according to EN 1090-2.

Welded and pressed gratings
Welded gratings are manufactured from supporting flat bars and grooved cross bars. Press-in gratings are made by pressing specially cut support flat bars into perpendicularly placed cross bars.
Construction materials: steel S235, S355, 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4541, weathering and others. Anti-corrosion protection of ordinary steel gratings by hot-dip galvanizing according to EN ISO 1461. Surface finishing of stainless and acid-resistant gratings by etching and passivation.
Thespecialties of Sp. z o.o. are platform gratings:
- stainless and acid-resistant - from steel 1.4301 (304) and 1.4404 (316L) according to DIN 24537;
- corten - made of steel resistant to atmospheric corrosion;
- heavyduty- carrying heavy loads;
- cardboard - carrying loads with variable directions;
- serrated (notched) - anti-slip due to cutouts in the supporting flat bars;
- offshore - serated with welded bars between the supporting flat bars;
