GREEN ROOFS
Advantages of green roofs:

SOPSCAN
SOPSCAN is a specialized service for inspecting and inspecting the condition of flat roofs in infrared by means of a drone. The inspection is carried out by a dedicated Soprema employee, and the result is a report prepared by a certified thermographer, in which, depending on the nature of the inspection, potential thermal bridges (lack of continuity of thermal insulation) or areas of the roof where there is moisture in the thermal insulation (lack of tightness of the waterproofing layer) are identified and located.
An element of the SOPSCAN service can also be a metric measurement of the roof, which can be used as an architectural inventory for, for example, estimating the available space for photovoltaic installations.
The service is addressed mainly to property managers and owners who want to know the condition and current technical state of their facilities.

Alsan® resins
Alsan® resins are a complete range of high-quality systems for liquid waterproofing for surfaces such as balconies, terraces, loggias, parking lot surfaces and utility floors, sealing corners and difficult details, especially where the use of fire becomes impossible to overcoat roll waterproofing, such as tar paper or membrane.

COLPHENE® BSW
COLPHENE® BSW is a high-quality pre-applied system for waterproofing walls and foundations using the "blind side " method - before concrete is poured and waterproofing underground structures.
The membrane consists of a selected blend of high-quality SBS-modified bitumen, combined with a very high-strength matrix and a specially formulated surface layer on top of the membrane.
Due to the natural tendency of concrete to crack, protection against water penetration is always necessary. The technology and concept of the COLPHENE® BSW system ensure waterproofing of foundations for years.
