from the series "Windows, doors, hardware, covers - trends 2026"
Modern architecture is increasingly moving away from simple divisions between aesthetics and functionality. What matters today are solutions that simultaneously meet the needs of design, energy efficiency, durability and sustainable construction. It is in this direction that Kömmerling is developing its systems, consistently focusing on modern hybrid solutions that combine the advantages of PVC and aluminum.
Kömmerling WarmCore - two materials, one vision
WarmCore is a hybrid window system in which a PVC core has been combined with an aluminum cladding - both on the inside and outside. This solution ensures high structural stability, a modern look and very good thermal insulation parameters. The system is also distinguished by its approach to the manufacturing process: up to 100% of the PVC and 90% of the aluminum in WarmCore profiles comes from recycled sources. Thoughtful design reduces energy consumption and CO₂ emissions, in line with the idea of sustainable construction.
Kömmerling AluClip - change the appearance of a window as easily as a smartphone case
AluClip is an innovative system with an aluminum cap that fits precisely to the window profile and is mounted on the finished window. This makes it possible to achieve the minimalist look of aluminum on the facade side while maintaining the warm aesthetics of PVC on the interior. A wide range of colors based on the RAL palette gives great freedom of design without sacrificing high thermal insulation.
Kömmerling AluClip Zero
The AluClip family also includes the Zero system, which responds to one of the strongest trends in contemporary architecture: maximum simplicity of form and visual lightness of large glazing. AluClip Zero combines the minimalist aesthetics of aluminum with the technological base of PVC and is available in three variants of aluminum overlays - completely flush with the almost invisible sash, classic and in the "all-glass" version, in which the sash profile optically disappears from the outside. This is a solution created for realizations where clean lines, energy efficiency and design freedom are important.
Kömmerling Unity - aesthetics and performance without compromise
Unity is another hybrid from Kömmerling, in which aluminum and PVC form a harmonious whole. From the outside, attention is drawn to the elegant aluminum cladding with no visible joints, from the inside - the PVC profile, which is responsible for the high parameters of the window. Unity finds itself well in both modern projects and building renovations, where it is important to combine contemporary aesthetics with high technical requirements.

Kömmerling PremiDoor 76 - more light, more space
Large glazing and seamless blending of interiors and surroundings is one of the most important trends in contemporary architecture. The PremiDoor 76 lift-and-slide system was developed precisely for projects in which daylight and the opening of space play a key role. Thanks to large glazing areas, interiors gain optical lightness, better illumination and a natural connection to the terrace, garden or green zone around the building.

Kömmerling AddOn - comfort and light control
The AddOn system incorporates an additional aluminum composite sash with the primary window sash, which provides additional protection from the weather, while also enabling the installation of sunshades in the space between the glass. The solution improves the comfort of the building and supports the energy balance - especially in projects based on large glazing and opening the interiors to daylight.
Kömmerling's solutions show that the future of joinery is a conscious combination of materials and technologies without compromising on design, energy efficiency and functionality.
