What does the future of playgrounds look like? They are spaces not only for play, but also for learning, developing creativity and connecting with nature. NOVUM, one of the industry leaders, has been transforming ordinary playgrounds into places full of magic for nearly 30 years. NOVUM believes that fun can go hand in hand with responsibility. The company relies on eco-friendly materials, such as FSC-certified wood, recycled HDPE plastic and recycled steel. Each design is tailored to meet today's environmental challenges, but most importantly to the needs of the users.

Ecology is more than a trend for the company. Of particular note is the Terra collection, which includes not only play equipment made from natural materials, but also educational tools. Ecosystems allow simulation of processes such as water filtration, soil formation, and flora development. Sensory paths encourage exploration, while houses provide shelter and stimulate imagination and creativity.

Inclusivity is one of the cornerstones of Novum's vision. The company designs inclusive spaces where every toddler, teenager and senior citizen - regardless of age or ability - can enjoy play. An example is the playground in Moss, Norway, which has won acclaim for its unique solutions to support play for children with different needs. This type of project brings generations together and builds a sense of community and mutual respect.

One of their flagship projects is a playground in Dubai, where a local developer trusted the designers' vision and together they created a place that combines modern design with Arab tradition.
