Sandwich panels are prefabricated elements made of a structural-insulating core and two steel sheet facings (external and internal). ARPANEL brand sandwich panels are available with an insulating core of polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) or mineral wool (MiWo). The structural core guarantees thermal and acoustic insulation, provides adequate fire resistance, and in combination with corrosion-protected steel facings gives the panel high mechanical strength. Claddings are made of galvanized steel sheets with an organic coating, such as a layer of polyester PE, which protects the core and provides adequate rigidity and load-bearing capacity. For more aggressive environments, ARPANEL offers panels coated with special facings such as PVC, HPS 200 ULTRA, PVDF, HDX, FOODSAFE, or Prisma. The company's representatives help appropriately match the type of coating to the aggressiveness class of the external environment (from C2 to C5-M) and internal environment (from A1 to A6) in order to select panels that perfectly meet the requirements of a specific site.

The brand's product range includes sandwich wall panels, which are ideal as a building material for industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, retail, cubicle, office, sports, agricultural or public facilities. They can also be used to make partition walls, ceilings and other partitions. The panels are available in two mounting options - standard and concealed. The standard fastening system (for panels with an insulating core of PIR foam or MiWo mineral wool), allows quick and easy installation both vertically and horizontally. The concealed fastening system (in the version for panels with PIR core) is characterized by the use of fasteners to fix the panels inside the lock, so they are invisible with multi-span fastening of the housing. What's more, a high level of airtightness is achieved thanks to the board's specially profiled locks.

On the other hand, when building roofs with a small or medium angle of inclination, it is worth reaching for specialized roof sandwich panels with a trapezoidal-shaped outer surface (they are available with a core of PIR polyisocyanurate foam and MiWo mineral wool). Thanks to the appropriate profiling of the locks, they are fully sealed against infiltration of air, water vapor and rain. Among other things, they will perform well in the erection of roofs of production buildings, shopping centers, storage facilities and agricultural industry.

In the housing of cold stores, freezers or other facilities used in the agri-food industry, that is, wherever the tightness of thermal barriers and high durability are important, refrigerated sandwich panels will be an excellent choice. Panels with a structural core of PIR foam are characterized by the highest thermal parameters (very low heat transfer coefficients U), so they will meet the requirements of high thermal insulation of walls and roofs.
