Against this background, the QE ventilation heat pump stands out, being a complete machine room in a single unit. It combines the functions of:

In prefabricated construction, every element matters - it is not only the timing of the project that counts, but also the optimal use of available space. That's why the QE ventilation heat pump perfectly fits the needs of modular and frame houses. The unit occupies just 0.38 m² of floor space, and despite its compact dimensions it is a complete machine room.
One of the key advantages of the QE is that it operates without an outdoor unit. This solves the usual problems of noise or required distances from the neighbor's plot boundary. This makes installation simpler and building design more flexible. Importantly, the pump also does not need a separate hot water storage tank. Domestic water is heated in a flow-through manner, which not only saves space, but also ensures complete hygiene of the installation, eliminating the risk of Legionella bacteria development.
QE is available in two power variants - 4 kW and 6 kW - which makes it ideal for modern, energy-efficient buildings from 60 to 160 m². It is a solution designed for prefabrication, where compactness, simplicity of installation and high energy efficiency are key advantages.

Tailor-made ventilation
The QE heat pump can operate in two variants, adapted to different user needs and building characteristics.
The first solution is based on the use of used air, which is exhausted from the so-called dirty rooms - kitchen, bathroom, toilet or vestibule. As a result of the slight negative pressure created in the building, fresh air from outside flows through wall or window ventilators into clean rooms, such as the living room or bedrooms. In principle, this system resembles traditional gravity ventilation, but significantly improves it - as it recovers energy from the exhaust air and reuses it to heat the building.

The second variant is a more advanced option, based on an additional QS recuperation module. In this case, we are dealing with full supply and exhaust ventilation. The used air, as in the basic variant, transfers energy to the heat pump, while the fresh air does not enter the interior through wall vents, but flows through the QS module. There it is preheated before it enters individual rooms through ventilation ducts. This process is carried out using a water heater built into the QS module, which uses water previously heated by the heat pump in the central heating system.
