Lena Lighting, a Polish manufacturer of comprehensive lighting systems, is carrying out modernization of Eagles and other sports facilities in various regions of the country. These activities are part of the government's modernization program, which includes replacing lighting and improving the energy efficiency of sports infrastructure. The refreshing of thousands of local sports fields and complexes is aimed at increasing the safety of users, improving the comfort of sports activities and reducing operating costs in municipalities.
Adequate lighting of eagles or other sports facilities is crucial for the safety and comfort of users. Modern LED luminaires provide even light without glare, allowing players to better assess the situation on the field, react faster and play more safely even when the facility is heavily used. The elimination of shadows and flicker translates into better visibility, more precise movement and greater comfort during training at any time of day.

The benefits of the lighting modernization are also clearly visible in operating costs. Thanks to the high energy efficiency, durability and low failure rate of LED fixtures, sports facilities become cheaper to maintain and more accessible to users. The longer life of the lighting reduces maintenance costs, and instant start-up without heating allows sports activities to be planned more efficiently, even for shorter, spontaneous workouts. In addition, intelligent control systems optimize management processes and amplify savings.

One example of successful modernization is the sports field complex in Skórzew. Lena Lighting replaced thirty lighting fixtures there, reducing the power of the system from 8,030 watts to 5,460 watts. This achieved energy savings of as much as 68 percent.

Similar investments were made by Lena Lighting in Kórnik and Dopiewo, where replacing outdated lighting with energy-efficient LED solutions significantly improved conditions for recreation and sports. The facilities have gained better visibility, a higher level of safety and lower operating costs, which is particularly important in the context of upcoming funding opportunities under the announced government program.
