Varso Tower - security supporting the highest architecture

In Varso Tower, one of the most prestigious and demanding office buildings in Europe, the role of security systems had to match the ambitions of architects and investors. That's why Małkowski-Martech solutions were used here, including Marc-P+ sliding fire doors and Marc-Ok smoke curtains, which, precisely tailored to the building's structure, combine high safety standards with the aesthetics of representative interiors. They provide effective protection for users in critical situations, while harmonizing with the building's modern architecture.

With a wide range of finishes, they have blended perfectly with the aesthetics of the skyscraper space. The Service Operations Center, which is an integral part of the Group, provides door and gate service, at the highest level. Warsaw Spire - innovation on a global scale

A similar dialogue between technology and architecture can be seen in Warsaw Spire, an office building that is a symbol of modern Warsaw. In a project where a circular lobby with a centrally located staircase was a key architectural consideration, the biggest challenge turned out to be ensuring the shortest and safest evacuation route out of the building. As Malkowski-Martech, we designed a proprietary evacuation tunnel, a solution that is unique in the world and ensures safe exit from fire zones without encroaching on the challenging space. This tunnel was the winner in the 2011 Eurobuild Awards competition for "Outstanding Architectural Project of the Year in Poland."

As a result, the office building combines a bold design vision with real concern for user safety. It is an example showing that in buildings where glass, open spaces and lightness of form dominate, advanced fire protection systems can be used without sacrificing the transparency of the architecture.

Warsaw Forest - when sustainable architecture requires superior protection

In the case of Warsaw Forest, the key design task was to create an office building that not only responds to modern user needs, but also sets the direction for sustainable urban architecture. It's a space where fire safety must be as robust as the investment's ecological premise - and the two worlds should work in full synergy.

At Warsaw Forest, ASSA ABLOY Mercor Doors solutions were crucial, providing fire resistance in sensitive areas of the building, supporting the organization of evacuation routes and minimizing the risk of fire and smoke spread. ALPE fireproof doors, which are EPD-certified, confirming their low environmental impact and transparency throughout the product's life cycle, are a key component of the fire protection system, combining high safety performance with the requirements of sustainable architecture.

It was also crucial to adapt ALPE systems to the building's diverse functions: from office spaces, lobby and communication areas, to technical rooms. Significantly, in the main part of the building, ALPE doors were clad in trim panels, so they blend harmoniously with the interior architecture while providing key fire protection. The realization at Warsaw Forest is confirmation that a modern office building can be both environmentally friendly and uncompromisingly safe.

Generation Park Warsaw - innovative solutions for safe work

Generation Park is part of a modern office complex in the heart of Warsaw, which stands out for its minimalist aesthetics, glazed elevations and functional, thoughtful organization of space.

In Generation Park, the safety of users has been fully considered thanks to Małkowski-Martech's comprehensive solutions, which protect life and property while not interfering with the aesthetics of the interiors. The building's spaces feature Marc-Ok fire curtain gates, which automatically separate zones in the event of an emergency, stopping fire and smoke from spreading further. Their lightweight, flexible design makes them adaptable to different building conditions - without interfering with interior design.

An integral part of the system are also automatic Marc-Kda smoke curtains, which control the flow of smoke, creating separate smoke zones and enabling effective evacuation. Thanks to their flexible design, the curtains can be adapted to the character of high lobbies, representative entrance zones and open spaces, which allows architects to freely shape the shape of the interior, while maintaining full functionality and the required level of safety.

In the underground garage, on the other hand, the key role is played by the Marc-P+ sliding fire door, which is extremely durable, reliable and suitable for intensive use. In places where every centimeter counts, its telescopic configuration is perfect, providing full functionality even when space is limited. The possibility of equipping it with an escape door further enhances the safety of facility users.
