from the series "Outdoor spaces - trends, technologies 2025"
The IGP-HWFsuperior 57 paint collection is an extraordinaire among paint systems. Thanks to its gloss and color stability, it makes it possible to achieve a whole new level of certified superior weather resistance. It features enhanced scratch resistance, which is a significant added value for both contractors and powder coating users. It effectively protects coated surfaces from chipping and abrasive loads, improving durability during installation and maintenance cleaning. It withstands a five-year test period of intense UV exposure in Florida's hot, humid climate, achieving proven color and gloss stability at the highest level. The paint meets the extremely high requirements of quality standards such as GSB Florida 5, Qualicoat Class 2 and AAMA 2604.
IGP-Effectives® technology - process safety and material efficiency
Effect shades produced with the patented IGP-Effectives® technology are characterized by an even and reproducible distribution of effects. This enhances color consistency, even when different application parameters are used or several coating companies are working on the same project. IGP-Effectives® technology provides high recovery rates during application in the paint recovery mode of operation during application. Even after many cycles, up to 97% of fresh powder can be recovered, resulting in high paint yields.

Green building with the IGP-HWFsuperior 57 series
IGP-HWFsuperior57 powder coatings are based on PFAS-free systems and are ideal for green building projects. Energy-efficient paint curing at temperatures starting at 170 °C, as well as the absence of solvents (VOCs) and the use of formaldehyde-free formulas, make these powder coatings an environmentally friendly option for sustainable building projects.
The best of both worlds
The IGP-HWFsuperior 57 series of paints is certified according to the quality standards for aluminum set by the GSB and Qualicoat certification bodies. It also meets Qualisteelcoat requirements for coating steel and galvanized steel. In addition, this product series has been tested and independently validated in accordance with the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) guidelines for super durable facade coatings (AAMA 2604).
Wide range of surface finishes
The IGP-HWFsuperior 57 series features a wide range of surface finishes from deep matte to satin sheen to deep matte fine texture.

IGP-HWFsuperior 571T deep matte fine structure, featuring superior weather resistance and color stability, is characterized by a uniform fine structure with a deep matte sheen.
Compared with other weather-resistant facade paints, IGP-HWFsuperior 57 is a high-end powder paint with superior weather resistance. Exposed to intense UV radiation, the paint retains excellent color stability and is particularly easy to clean thanks to the Easy2Clean effect. The low minimum firing temperature distinguishes it as a particularly durable powder paint, ensuring the protection of natural resources.
