From the series "Outdoor spaces - trends, technologies 2025"
Modern outdoor spaces do not end with the garden or terrace. More and more often, they are an integral part of the entire architectural concept - well-thought-out, coherent, complemented by details that create an impression of luxury, harmony and quality. One such element is becoming a swimming pool, treated not as a functional accessory, but a full-fledged object of architecture. In the case of Berndorf Baderbau, a leader in the production of stainless steel pools, this approach takes a very concrete form: a form that is beautiful, durable and fully designed.
Design in the service of space
The design of outdoor spaces is increasingly dominated by the idea of aesthetic consistency. The pool becomes the center of the composition, not just a fixture. With the malleability of stainless steel and an individual approach to each project, Berndorf Baderbau creates pools that can blend into the landscape - or completely define it. The ability to freely shape the form of the basin gives architects complete creative freedom: from minimalist, rectangular tanks to pools with irregular lines that harmonize with the surrounding terrain.

Stainless steel - the material of contemporary design
The choice of stainless steel is not accidental. It is an extremely durable material, resistant to weathering, chemicals and temperature changes. What's more - its aesthetic qualities cannot be overestimated. Glossy surface reflecting light and surroundings, precise welds, subtle finishes - these are features that create a sense of perfection and luxury. Stainless steel does not age visually - with time it acquires nobility and retains its original appearance for decades.

From the user's point of view, this means comfort, ease of cleaning, hygiene and no need for frequent renovation. From the architect's point of view - a material that allows the aesthetic concept to be fully realized while maintaining the highest technical standards.

Technology and details that make a difference
Every Berndorf Baderbau swimming pool is the result of advanced engineering. The pool basin is created in a prefabrication process using CNC technology, and all components are assembled with millimeter precision. This approach guarantees:
-
faster on-site installation (a few days instead of weeks),
-
maximum tightness and safety of the structure,
-
precision of architectural details, such as gutter overflows, internal stairs, underwater benches or water-air massage systems,
-
the ability to integrate with modern water treatment technologies, LED lighting systems, counter-currents, spa and wellness areas.
In addition, each project can be supported by BIM documentation, 3D models and design packages that allow the pool to be seamlessly integrated into the broader architectural design.

Water as part of the spatial narrative
A swimming pool is not just a container of water - it is a tool for creating atmosphere. In modern garden or hotel settings it serves as a mirror reflecting the sky, a moving light accent at night, a natural boundary of space. Designers increasingly emphasize that water in architecture has an emotional and symbolic function - it calms, organizes, adds lightness and dynamics.

In outdoor spaces on the roof, in patios, in courtyards, by the conservatory - the pool offers endless design possibilities. Thanks to the flexibility of Berndorf Baderbau technology - these can be realized without compromise.

Aesthetics that will last more than a season
A well-designed swimming pool should impress more than just when the project is handed over. Stainless steel provides resistance to weather, UV rays, chemicals and corrosion, so it will last for years. Importantly, the Berndorf Baderbau design does not require costly renovations or time-consuming maintenance. It's a design that - literally - pays for itself in the long run.

Collaboration with architects and designers
At Berndorf Baderbau, we understand the needs of designers. We offer technical support at every stage of the project: from conception and material advice, through design documentation, to supervision of implementation. We agree on concepts, provide CAD construction drawings, technical details and individual consultations with our engineering team. For us, every project is a collaboration - not a finished product, but a solution tailor-made for aesthetics and function.

Trends 2025: architecture that engages all the senses
Looking at the coming years, it is clear: sensual, emotional and sustainable design will be the dominant trend in outdoor spaces. The swimming pool fits perfectly into this philosophy - offering an experience of water, movement, light and matter. In arranging a space where people are not only to "stay" but to "experience" - the pool becomes the medium of modern architecture.
Berndorf Baderbau - design without limits
We have been on the market for more than 65 years, completing projects all over Europe - from private residences, hotels and wellness resorts to large public buildings. In each realization, we combine design, technology and durability - giving architects and investors confidence that their vision will be realized at the highest level.
