The roof structure and its covering are affected by many different factors, both external and internal. Therefore, these building envelopes are subject to very high technical and performance requirements. Europanels' layered panels: roof panels of the PolDeck series and wall panels of the PolTherma series have long been used for roofs and wall cladding of industrial buildings, warehouses and in agro-construction.

Roof panel - PolDeck MD with an inner lining of laminated polyester resin, hence the name laminate, reinforced with fiberglass, attached to the substructure with a fastener passing through the entire thickness of the panel. The outer cladding is metal, as in standard PolDeck TD roof panels.

The cladding with laminate is also provided by PolTherma SOFT insulating panels manufactured using the latest technology for use as thermal insulation in buildings. Thanks to the use of a core made of PU foam, PolTherma Soft board has high resistance to external pressures and mechanical deformation and provides excellent thermal insulation in both winter and summer. The installation of PolTherma SOFT insulation boards is extremely easy, thanks to their low weight and simple processing, with no dusting effect. The use of overlapping contact additionally affects the convenience of installation, while improving thermal insulation properties. An important parameter determining the thermal insulating properties of the material, is its low water absorption.

The latest breakthrough "2-in-1" flat roof insulation technology (integrated hydro- and thermal-insulation functions are used in ThermaMembrane board, which has applications in most flat roofs, both new and retrofitted. The maximally simplified single-layer system saves installation time by approx. 50% compared to multi-layer systems. Factory bonding of the waterproofing layer to the thermal insulation prevents voids, which significantly improves the efficiency and durability of the system. Fastening of panels to concrete or steel (trapezoidal sheet) substrate using system telescopic systems. Board joints welded with folds of the roof membrane plant. Flashings for complex finishing of the building

To make the panel roof look aesthetically pleasing and the whole structure look impressive, professional flashings are used to finish the roof. This element is carried out in accordance with the design and installation instructions of the board manufacturer when using system components, paying attention to the accuracy of the joints. Such places are protected from the ingress of rainwater and moisture into the gaps and insulated against corrosion. The use of EuroPanels system flashings for this purpose guarantees long, trouble-free and safe operation of the building.
