8 Bleeding Heart Yard in London (designed by Groupwork) is an example of an office building retrofit that won the RIBA London Award 2025 and the RIBA National Award thanks to its use of perforated aluminum cladding. Equally impressive is the P&C HQ project in Seoul, which uses a layered perforated architectural skin - the facade responds to light and the environment, hiding technical elements and adding lightness to the building.
