Building ceramics created with contemporary construction in mind

01 of July '20

Classic brick reds ceased to be an obvious choice for investors at a time when the offer of ceramic manufacturers was enriched by dozens of different colors and textures of clinker bricks. Among the proposals of the Röben company, products in shades of gray are of exceptional interest.

Contemporary design and ceramics

The choice of clinker for finishing a facade is dictated not only by aesthetic qualities, but also by its properties. Ceramics is an extremely durable material that guarantees the perfect appearance of a building for many years. In Röben's offer you will find bricks produced both in Poland and imported. The wide range consists of a rich palette of colors and textures, which makes it easy to match the product to the needs of investors looking for a specific material for their investment.

Both dark and very light brick or clinker tile offer amazing possibilities, which are increasingly used by designers of public buildings and interiors. With the right arrangement and a good choice of binder, gray clinker brick impresses with its elegance and modernity, and in combination with, for example, anthracite, allows you to achieve a truly spectacular effect.

An exceptionally interesting proposal from Röben is the gray shaded clinker brick MARGATE, which comes in two formats - standard NF (240 × 115 × 71 mm) and elongated LDF (290 × 115 × 52 mm). The variation in the dimensions of the brick and its appearance provide great design and implementation opportunities, which is appreciated by architects, as MARGATE is characterized by its unique texture and coloring. The base of the brick is dark, covered with two shades of gray, which makes its appearance dependent on the lighting. MARGATE behaves like a chameleon, as it appears almost white in full sunlight. Its interesting texture is also worth noting. Characteristic pits and scratches make each brick unique. It blends perfectly with glass and metal, which influences its frequent use in the facades of minimalist and geometric blocks, which are characteristic of modern construction.

It should be mentioned that MARGATE is also available in the form of a clinker tile, which is much thinner than brick, so it gives us the opportunity to cover a fragment of the facade or residential interiors with it.

Ecoceramics of the highest quality

Ceramic facade is not only an aesthetic, but also a practical solution. High technical parameters of bricks and clinker tiles make the walls covered with them resistant to atmospheric factors, dirt or discoloration. Such a solution guarantees the perfect appearance of the building for years, and thus considerable savings, especially in the case of large public buildings, which should not only be representative, but also hassle-free in maintenance.

In addition, by choosing ceramics, which are all-natural products, we take care of the environment. The production process of Röben ceramic materials is in accordance with the idea of "zero waste". It does not generate unnecessary waste, and all products bear numerous quality certificates.

Clinker bricks are periodically certified for evaluation and verification of constancy of performance in accordance with EN 771-1: 2011+A1:2015, as are clinker tiles, which meet the highest standards of PN EN 14411:2016-09.
