Wall air conditioners - comfort, technology and design

Modern KAISAI wall air conditioners today are much more than cooling devices. They provide year-round thermal comfort, improve air quality and fit into the aesthetics of modern interiors. Among other things, they offer Wi-Fi control as standard and use environmentally friendly R32 refrigerant.
Among the 2026 novelties are ART, GEO+ and FLY+ models, responding to different user needs and the nature of the space.

  • The ART model combines functionality with distinctive design - available in classic white and mirror black, it is part of the interior design. The fragrance filter used provides a long-lasting feeling of freshness, and the dual louvers allow precise control of the air supply. The unit also features a hotel mode and ON/OFF port for easy integration with building management systems.

  • GEO+ is a proposal focused on air quality and supply comfort. Breezeless technology, using a system of micro-openings in the louvers, eliminates the draught effect, ensuring even air distribution. A tri-color multifunction filter and UVC lamp support the maintenance of a high level of indoor hygiene.

  • FLY+ focuses on energy efficiency and intelligent management of unit operation. The ECO+ function uses artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize energy consumption, and Gear mode allows the user to control energy levels. In addition, the 56°C sterilization function supports the maintenance of cleanliness inside the unit, and the Silent mode reduces the noise level of the outdoor unit.

Flexible solutions for different spaces

KAISAI offers a wide range of units to suit a variety of installation conditions. Multi-split systems allow you to operate several rooms using a single outdoor unit, providing independent temperature control in each zone.

Among the novelties was also the KKGB console - a solution dedicated to spaces where installation of classic wall units is difficult, such as in attics or under-window zones. Skirting mounting allows efficient use of space, and automatic louvers ensure even air distribution. The unit is also equipped with comfort features such as quiet operation, temperature sensor in the remote control and automatic restart. In addition, the drip tray heater allows reliable operation in heating mode even at low outdoor temperatures.

Completing the offer is the KKPA portable air conditioner - a compact, mobile 3-in-1 solution that allows cooling, heating and dehumidification of air without permanent installation. The device will work well in apartments, as well as in temporary spaces or historic buildings. Automatic shutters, a timer and sleep mode allow you to adjust its operation to the rhythm of the user's day, and the automatic restart function increases the convenience of operation.

Heat pumps - efficiency and ecology

With the growing importance of energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction, heat pumps remain one of the key components of modern HVAC systems. KAISAI is developing this group of products, offering solutions tailored to both new investments and upgrades to existing systems.

New to the range is the Green Comfort KHOA heat pump, which uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. The device combines high energy efficiency with the ability to operate over a wide temperature range, reaching flow temperatures of up to 75°C. This makes it suitable for both low-temperature installations and systems with traditional radiators.

The pump can operate as a stand-alone heat source or in a bivalent system, as well as cooperate with fan coils, offering a cooling function. A high energy efficiency class, a modern inverter compressor and an extensive controller with an energy consumption analysis function ensure full control over system operation. The built-in Wi-Fi module allows remote management of the unit, and the compact monoblock design makes installation easy.
